- Air
- Water (ozone, ionizer/alkanizer)
- Exercise – lymphatic system (rebounder)
- Avoid sick people at all times, keep out of large groups of possibly sick people, don’t have sick people over (not even a sniffle)
- Sleep in complete darkness, complete blackout, good long sleep, no distractions
- Reduce radiation exposure, cellphones, radios, microwaves (dispose of them), cordless phones, electricity lines etc
