• Air
  • Water (ozone, ionizer/alkanizer)
  • Exercise – lymphatic system (rebounder)
  • Avoid sick people at all times, keep out of large groups of possibly sick people, don’t have sick people over (not even a sniffle)
  • Sleep in complete darkness, complete blackout, good long sleep, no distractions
  • Reduce radiation exposure, cellphones, radios, microwaves (dispose of them), cordless phones, electricity lines etc
